RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - TUTORIAL
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product. The buyer may then return the product to the seller at their own expense without having to justify any reason. Returned products must be in perfect resale condition, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed, and accompanied by the order number or a copy of the buyer's purchase invoice. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the buyer. The seller will proceed with the exchange of the product or the reimbursement by bank transfer or check of the corresponding amount, minus any possible shipping costs, within a period of thirty days.
To return a product, here are the steps to follow:
- Access your order history from your account.
- Select the order containing the product you want to return.
- Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name(s).
- Specify the quantity of product(s) to be returned (if multiple quantities of the same product are to be returned).
- Add an explanation (in the "Return of merchandise" section).
- The return label is at your expense.
Once we have received your package, a credit note or a refund of the amount of your order will be generated so that you can reorder them.
